British Embassy,
Paris,
2nd April, 1919.
I am very glad to testify to the work done
by Lt.Colonel R. F. DRURY, who was head of the Engineering and Lands Department in the Directorate of Military Aeronautics from 1915 to 1918. During this period nearly the whole of the Aerodromes of the Royal Flying Corps were prepared under Colonel Drury's supervision, and his admirable work added greatly to the efficiency of the Royal Flying Corps during the War.
(Signed) David Henderson.
Lieut.-General,
Military Counsellor.
